MainOne Launches Fibre Infrastructure At Lagos Free Zone

MainOne, the premier connectivity and data center solutions provider in West Africa, has announced the expansion of its fiber optic network infrastructure to the Lagos Free Zone in Lekki.

The Lagos Free Zone, Nigeria’s first private free zone, aspires to be the preferred investment destination in the country, with best-in-class infrastructure, facilities, and services.

MainOne is leading the deployment of telecom infrastructure to support the zone’s ambition, following President Muhammadu Buhari’s recent visit to the zone to launch Africa’s largest fertiliser factory and his commendation of infrastructure already installed inside the axis.

Businesses across the zone will now have access to direct, dependable, and secure network connectivity as well as data center services, allowing for enhanced productivity and network speeds that are on par with world-class standards.

At the launch, Anil Verma, Chief Technical Officer, MainOne, said, “This partnership with Lagos Free Zone will provide strategic value to forward-thinking businesses who seek to enjoy the ease of doing business.
