MatchMove receives $100M investment from Nityo Infotech


Nityo Infotech, a tech company that offers IT services, has announced an equity investment worth about $100 million in MatchMove Pay. MatchMove Pay is a fintech company housed in Singapore, and this new investment puts Nityo in the driving seat as a majority shareholder.

Nityo announced that the fintech firm was valued at $500 million prior to the injection of the new funds. Nityo is a US-based firm operating in 38 nations, with 17,000 employees who serve over 3000 corporate clients, now accessible to MatchMove.

This latest development means that MatchMove will have unbridled access to the knowhows and execs at Nityo who have a proven track record building global business and expanding into international markets. The firm will also be benefitting from Nityo’s thought leadership, growth capital, deep talent pools, and existing business relationships with leading organizations.

MatchMove offers embedded finance software delivered through open, configurable APIs. Nityo and MatchMove will now work together to help corporations embed their digital financial services in their websites and mobile applications safely and securely.
