Karty ready to launch in MEA region

The Middle East and Africa (MEA) area will see the introduction of Karty, a new Qatari financial management and digital payments app. Karty will be available throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MEA).

Users can spend, save, and manage their money using a single app, which uses transaction data to provide insights into their spending habits.

Users can add their cards to the app’s card aggregator and use it to track their monthly spending, set budgets, and send money to friends and family. The Karty wallet is accepted all across the world, and users can pay for things using their smartphone’s contactless technology or the Karty card.

Karty collaborated with i2c Partners in California to develop its digital-first prepaid Visa wallet. Karty’s mobile wallet will use i2c’s worldwide payments platform to supply Visa-branded digital cards, allowing for fast, cashless P2P transactions on the Visa network.
