Jadwa Investment Starts New Fund with SAR 1bn Target


In collaboration with Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company and Arab National Bank, Jadwa Investment, renowned investment management and advisory organisation in the Middle East, today announced the successful launch of its Al Dar Investment Fund 2.

A closed-end real estate development fund that complies with Shariah with a goal size of SAR 1 billion is called Al Dar Investment Fund 2.

Al Dar Investment Fund 2 will carry out the established thesis of residential real estate in Riyadh and the strong collaboration between Jadwa Investment and Dar Al Majed, building on the success of the first Al Dar Investment Fund, which was launched in Q1 2021 with a total value of SAR 1 billion.

The fund’s specific objective is to buy several property plots in prominent Riyadh areas and turn them into apartment complexes for people with middle-class to high incomes.
