French fintech startup Silvr secures €130 million

Silvr, a French fintech founded in 2020, is redefining how entrepreneurs are funded, and they’ve just raised €130 million in one of the largest RBF fundraising campaigns in Continental Europe.

XAnge, Otium, Bpifrance, Eurazeo, ISAI, and business angels Alexandre Prot and Steve Anavi (co-founders of Qonto), Raphael Vullierme (co-founder of Luko), Louis Chatriot (co-founder of Alma), and Pierre Dutaret (co-founder of Alma) spearheaded the fundraising round.

Silvr aims to empower entrepreneurs who are building tomorrow’s businesses by making finance more accessible, scalable, and equity-free. The startup uses data from digital businesses to forecast future profits and provide cash in as little as 24 hours. The company is now focusing on two verticals: e-commerce and SaaS.

This new venture, based in Paris and founded by serial entrepreneurs Nima Karimi and Grégory Tappero, after a €3 million seed round in 2021. Pixpay, Cuure, Poiscaille, Lovys, and Partoo are among the more than 100 startups backed by the startup, which now has roughly 20 staff.
