CTBC taps Hitachi for new interface


CTBC Bank Philippines, in collaboration with Hitachi Asia, has revamped its digital interface to enhance access to digital financial services and promote financial inclusion in the Philippines. The redesigned interface, Retail NetBanking, aims to provide a seamless mobile banking experience, prioritising convenience and security.

The upgraded platform boasts a user-friendly dashboard that offers a unified view of users’ financial products, customisable features, and personalised widgets. This empowers users to prioritise information according to their preferences. Furthermore, the interface incorporates enhanced security measures to safeguard user data. Measures such as device recognition technology and a time-based One-Time Password (OTP) system have been integrated to mitigate unauthorised access.
