Capital Bank has announced that it will be working with Proven Solution to deploy Pepper, a social humanoid robot, which is planned to join the lender’s retail banking team.
This partnership is vitally significant as it marks the first time a Jordan-based bank is deploying AI-enabled robots across its major locations to optimize service and improve customer experience.
Through this partnership, Proven Solution and Capital Bank will leverage the potential of AI-driven robotics solutions to optimize a crop of banking verticals that have the potential to power core business objectives.
Pepper, armed with PRoMS technology, will provide assistance, including banking service support and information. Armed with a multilingual feature, Pepper will be able to easily serve and interact with English and Arabic-speaking customers.

The lender will introduce Pepper at its promotional events. It has deployed four robots across its key branches, to engage with customers and help them during their branch visits. This will cut down wait time significantly.
