Bank of America opens drive-thru ATM

Clients of Bank of America can now deposit or withdraw cash at a new location in north Bethlehem.

According to Bank of America spokesperson Andy Aldridge, the financial institution, which serves over 66 million consumer and small business clients globally, inaugurated a drive-thru ATM at 1740 Stefko Blvd. in late November.

The freshly installed ATM is located in the parking lot of a building that houses a Planet Fitness club and a Family Dollar store on the northeast corner of Stefko Boulevard and Bayard Street.

“It offers typical withdrawal, deposit and transfer services, giving clients 24/7 access to most of their financial needs,” Aldridge said of the new ATM. “It will dispense $10, $20 and $100 bills, and can be accessed using a debit or credit card, or by using a BofA card in their digital wallets, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. The ATM on Stefko Boulevard was installed as a result of our ongoing evaluation into how to best serve our clients.”

Bank of America is home to millions of clients whom it caters for through approximately 4,200 retail financial centres, about 17,000 ATMs, and digital banking systems that are used by about 41 million users.
