TCS taps Newgen for Banking Service Bureau Project

Newgen Software has announced a new alliance with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to deploy an institution-wide content database and a multi-channel, multi-lingual communication package for the Banking Service Bureau (BSB) in Israel.

Newgen and TCS’s innovative collaboration will equip Israel’s central bank with the functionalities needed to revolutionize the country’s banking sector, all through a cloud-hosted centralized platform that will support the provision of end-to-end banking solutions. 

BSB will leverage the TCS core banking solution (TCS BaNCSTM) and Newgen’s digital transformation offerings, including contextual content services (ECM) and omnichannel customer engagement (CCM).
