3W Networks upgrade DEWA telecommunication systems

Known as the foremost System Integrator in all of the Middle East, 3W Networks has been contracted to handle the upgrade project of the telecommunication systems of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) Transmission Control Centers (TCC) in Warsan and Najma. 

This upgrade project will require them to install and shift new multiplexers, perform a rearrangement of the network around NAJMA, BKRA, JFZS 400Kv, GSTA, and HRSR substations.

3W Networks will work in cooperation with top manufacturers towards integrating a modern multi-service optical transmission platform. 

It will also involve traffic migration, decommissioning of old multiplexers to increase bandwidth, flexible deployment, and a high-reliability optical network across DEWA control centers and substations. 

The scale of this project calls for a full hands-on commitment from 3W Networks, starting from the design stage until it is tested and commissioned.
