Thank you very much. This recognition is truly special because it reflects the collective effort of our teams and the trust of our clients across markets. The business process management space has become highly dynamic, and this award validates our commitment to transforming finance operations with technology, process discipline, and a partnership mindset.
For me personally, it’s a milestone that represents how far we’ve come from being a services provider to being a strategic enabler of our clients’ growth. I’m deeply invested in scaling AI, automation, and advanced analytics across our operations. It’s central to how I plan to elevate DBSL’s impact worldwide.
THE NEW CFO MANDATE
The finance function has changed dramatically over the past few years. How do you see the roles of CFOs - and even CPA firm owners, since Datamatics Business Solutions has a dedicated offering for them - evolving, especially among mid-market and high-growth companies?
It’s an exciting time to be in the finance & accounting space today. The modern CFO is no longer just the financial gatekeeper - they’ve become the architect of performance, strategy, and transformation. Across our client base, we see CFOs stepping up to shape business models, drive digital adoption, and unlock entirely new value streams.
Of course, that shift also brings new challenges! Compliance has become more complex, data volumes have exploded, talent crunch is severe, and there’s growing pressure for real-time visibility into financial performance. The real balancing act today is maintaining control and accuracy while also staying agile enough to support growth. This is exactly where DBSL makes a meaningful difference for finance teams. For CPAs and accounting firm leaders, especially in the U.S., the environment is equally dynamic. Regulatory and tax landscapes are evolving fast, and with global trade and tariff shifts, the compliance burden has multiplied. Where do you think most finance leaders are struggling right now?

The move into outsourced marketing was a natural evolution for us. Over the years, we’ve built deep relationships with CEOs and marketing leaders who consistently mentioned to us that they needed the same level of agility, process discipline, and scalability in their marketing operations as they experienced in our other engagements.
So, we asked ourselves - why not apply the DBSL playbook of precision, technology, and accountability to marketing? Businesses today are under immense pressure to do more with less - to generate leads, manage Martech stacks, and deliver measurable ROI, often with lean internal teams. That’s where we come in. We embed our skilled marketers into their teams. Think about it like this – their car but our driver!

How central is technology - especially AI and analytics - to your finance transforma- tion strategy?
Technology is absolutely central - it’s the multiplier of efficiency and insight. We leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to help clients make smarter, faster decisions.
But technology alone isn’t enough. You need human expertise to interpret data and drive context-led outcomes. That’s why we invest heavily in upskilling our teams and embedding domain specialists across every client engagement.
For our CPA partners, technology plays an equally transformative role. We help firms modernize their practice operations - automating workflows and improving client visibility through real-time, digital dashboards. The result is more time for advisory and improved focus on being a full-time business owner, and less time on compliance drudgery.

Datamatics Business Solutions operates across geographies - from APAC to North America. What regional differences are you observing in how businesses approach F&A outsourcing?
Each market is at a different stage of maturity. In North America, CFOs are more focused on scalability and AI adoption. Also, talent crunch is still acutely felt and outsourcing is seen as a strategic lever to counter talent shortages and scale efficiently. In APAC, cost optimization and compliance automation are key priorities. In Europe, compliance and data protection take center stage with complete focus on governance, control and transparency. So, they want partnerships that will enable them to have full visibility and control, and are sensitive to their unique demands. Across all regions, what I can strongly sense is the shift from cost arbitrage to strategic value creation when choosing an outsourcing partner. Our strength lies in being able to combine global best practices and AI and automation capabilities with local responsiveness.
