Two US banks partner with Chimney

Farmers & Merchants Bank and Northwest Bank have chosen the platform of Chimney, a fintech company based in the United States, to boost client interaction. Chimney’s financial calculators, situated in New York, assist customers in making “smarter” financial decisions.

Chimney also provides digital tools to assist banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and insurance organisations in gaining “more engagement, more conversations, and valuable data.”

Matthew Covi, co-founder and CEO of Chimney, says: “We’re pleased to work with Northwest Bank, F&M Bank and others to help tailor their interactions to the individual customer and guide them through their financial journey.”

Northwest Bank, based in Iowa, manages $2.3 billion in assets and serves over 70,000 customers. Farmers & Merchants Bank is established in California, with a market capitalization of more than $11 billion.
