Bank Asia signs agreement with BDBL


In order to broaden its foreign remittance services, Bank Asia Ltd. and Bangladesh Development Bank Limited (BDBL) have signed a contract.

In a signing ceremony conducted at Bank Asia Tower in Karwan Bazar in Dhaka, the agreement was signed on behalf of their respective organisations by Adil Chowdhury, president and managing director (CC) of Bank Asia Ltd, and Kazi Alamgir, managing director and CEO of BDBL.

In accordance with this contract, Bank Asia will use BDBL’s banking channel to offer Western Union remittance services. To offer overseas remittance services to its clients all around the nation, BDBL will operate as Bank Asia’s sub-agent.
